About ESN

ESN (Erasmus Student Network) is network consisting of 7 different sections in Sweden and over 200 sections in 28 countries around Europe. ESN is a non-profit, non-governmental organisation that aims on improving the lives of the incoming exchange students (no matter where they are from). ESN is working actively on three levels to help the exchange students; international, national and local. We all work under one principle; SNS (Students Helping Students).

Those were the nice words about ESN. To tell the truth, ESN consists of people commited to the cause of making the exchange students life easier. But we don’t do this to be nice. We do this because we believe it gives us something, it could be language lessons but for most it’s about meeting intressting people from all over the world that for some strange reason decided to spend 6 (or more!) months in our university. We want to show you how it is to be a student here in Sweden, we want to show you Sweden and we want you to invite us to your homecountry so we can all EXCHANGE OUR LIVES!
